Monte Vista Chalet 2 is located in a picturesque corner outside the village of Roztoka in Khust district.

From the chalet windows are fabulous landscapes of the Carpathians – the peaks of Borzhava, Velikiy Verkh, Gymba, Magura-Jide, 12 kilometers from the tourist center of Pilipets and waterfall Shipot. On the way to the chalet in the village Roztoka, there is a monument of wooden architecture – the Church of the Entry of the Blessed Virgin Mary of the XVII century, the oldest and most perfect of the Mizhhirya group of churches.

The house consists of two floors and one ground floor.
On the ground floor is one bedroom with a modern bathroom and a guest room with its own kitchen.
On the first floor are two bedrooms with separate bathrooms and a large living room with a kitchen.
The second floor has a separate bedroom with a bathroom.
The arrangement of the rooms in the house allows all the residents to gather together in the living room with a fireplace or on the porch terrace. On the territory of the chalet there is a vat, a barbecue area and parking for cars.
