Loyalty program “Standing Guest” in the hotel complex “Grand Hotel Pilipets”

General Provisions

Every Guest that has lived and paid for services in the Grand Hotel Pilipets hotel complex can become a participant of this program. After an appropriate number of visits, the Guest is provided with a permanent guest card. The accumulation system provides 3 (three) guest participation levels and 1 (one) service type in the Program. Each level of participation corresponds to a separate plastic card and a package of additional benefits. A guest questionnaire is a form when filling out and signing which an individual agrees to become a Member of the Program and agrees with all the rules of the Program.

Loyalty system based on discount cards

Simple card (Classic)
Classic card is provided to guests who have lived in a complex of 10 nights.
The discount is 7% on accommodation for all room categories.
Extra services: free early check-in from 08:00.

Silver card (Argentum)
The Argentum card is provided to guests who have stayed in the complex from 20 nights.
The discount is 10% on accommodation for all room categories.
Extra services: free early check-in from 08:00 and free late check-out until 19:00.

Gold card (Aurum)
The map of Aurum is provided to guests who have lived in a complex of 30 nights.
The discount is 15% on accommodation for all room categories.
Extra services: free early check-in from 08:00 and free late check-out until 19:00.

Attention! Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.
